Charles L. Montry, Sr.

     Charles L. Montry, Sr., 65, of Curtice, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at his home. He was born January 6, 1951 in Toledo, Ohio to Samuel and Betty (Eckert) Montry and married the love of his life, Karen McAtee on March 14, 1970. He was a retired Heavy Machinery Mechanic who loved camping and four wheeling.

     Charles is survived by his loving wife, Karen Montry; daughter, Stacie (Mike) Cluckey; son, C. J. (Colleen) Montry; grandchildren, Ashley (Fiancé, Brandon Reynolds), Joshua, Kaitlyn, Kirsten and Makenzie; great-grandchildren, Aubree and Cole; mother-in-law, Catherine McAtee;  sisters-in-law, Kathleen, Linda, Brenda and Doreen; and brothers-in-law, Michael and Tim. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Harry and Jim.

     Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, October 29, 2016 after 10 a.m. with the Funeral Service to begin at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Bono Baptist Church.
