Cindy L. (Mills) Willard

            Cindy L. Willard, age 59, of Oak harbor, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg campus.  She was born on September 23, 1956 in Ironville, Ohio to Joseph and Lavone (Chevalier) Mills. Cindy was a proof reader for G3 and a manager at Zale’s and shubox. She was a member at 1st Oregon Church of the Nazarene, Northpoint Nazarene and Hope Community Church of the Nazarene. Cindy was an avid reader and loved being “Grammy”. She was a kind soul who helped many lives and will be dearly missed.

            Cindy is survived by her sons, Mark Willard and Matthew (Erika King) Willard; daughter, Julie Oberle; grandchildren, Chloe and Chase Willard; sisters, Sherry, Becky and Laurie; as well as many extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Janice, Joseph Jr., Joanne, Colleen and Marlene.

Arrangements are being handled by Freck Funeral Chapel. A Memorial Service will be held at Hope Community Church of the Nazarene, 5650 Starr Ave., Oregon, OH on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hope Community Church of the Nazarene or Cindy’s family.
