Dolores M. Zernhel

Dolores M. Zernhel, 94, of Millbury, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Heartland of Oregon.  She was born on February 4, 1922 in Perrysburg, Ohio to William and Thelma Pieper.  Dolores was a member of St. Peter’s Church in Millbury.  She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.  She will be dearly missed. 

            Dolores is survived by her daughter, Sheryl (Chris) Clapsaddle; grandchildren, Jeremiah Leuschner, Christopher (Kelly) Clapsaddle, Jacob Clapsaddle, Harold Zernhel, Jr., Mike Zernhel, Coreena Zernhel, Jackie Zernhel, Terry Zernhel and Becky Zernhel; 16 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, William Pieper Jr., Melvin Pieper and Richard (Del) Pieper; sisters, Alma Mahaffey, Carole Jacob and Darlene Buckner.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George; son, Harold; brother, Fred, Herman, Donald and Chester; sister, Thelma Jacob and her grandson, Daniel.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 11-12 p.m. where services will be held at 12 noon.   Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
