Domingo Chapa Jr.

            Domingo Chapa Jr., 63, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at his home.  He was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 11, 1953 to Domingo and Lydia (Mendoza) Chapa Sr.  Domingo served in the U.S. Army.  He worked for Hydromatic as a forklift driver for 30 years until retiring. Domingo was a member of the U.A.W. Local 14. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

            Domingo is survived by his sons, Domingo (Barbara) Chapa III and Joshua Chapa; 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; mother; siblings, Angie and Joe (Brenda).  He was preceded in death by his father and siblings, David and Sylvia.

            Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 12 to 2 p.m. Domingo’s memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. starting with a veteran’s service. Burial will be private.
