James David Stange

James David Stange, 49, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Mercy St. Vincent Hospital. He was born January 17, 1968 in Toledo. James was a 1986 graduate of Macomber High School where he served as Class President. James served 5 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. He enjoyed video games, watching TV with his kids and collecting coins, books and weapons. James was an avid reader.

James is survived by his loving wife, Heidi with whom he spent 25 years; sons, Joshua, Allister and Nathan; brother, Harold “Sonny” Stange and sister, Candy Waite.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Theodora Stange; brother, Gene Stange; sister, Vicki Stange and nephew, Alan Parton.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, January 6, 2018, from 1-5 p.m. with a memorial service at 4 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
