Luke R. Partin

Luke R. Partin, age 30, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 24, 2016.  He was born on April 2, 1986 in Toledo, Ohio to Stephanie Hipp and Scott Partin.  Luke attended Clay High School and worked at COR Packaging and Box Company.

Luke was full of life and was a free spirit.  He enjoyed fishing, loved animals and children.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.  Luke is survived by his mother and step-father, Stephanie (Tim) Brogan; grandmother, Florence Partin; step-grandfather, Michael Brogan; step-brother, Joshua Brogan; step-sister, Jennifer (Dave) Batey and many aunts, uncles and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Scott; grandparents, Luke Partin and Tillie and Harvey Hipp and step-grandmother, Jean Brogan.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lake Twp. Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to First St. John Lutheran Church or Toledo Humane Society.
