Michael Lewis Zacharias Sr., 71, died Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. He was born July 17, 1946 in Toledo to the late Karl and Evelyn (Carrol) Zacharias. Michael was a graduate of Waite High School. Michael was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Vietnam. He enjoyed model cars and working on cars and fishing. Michael was always fixing things and helping others.

Michael is survived by sons, Michael Jr. (Bonnie), Karl (Jennifer), Joseph, twins, Ronald (Katie) and Donald and their mother, Mae Zacharias, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Emajean (Jack) Bartram and Mary (Bob) Young; brother, Bob (Joann) Zacharias.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 1-5 p.m. for a memorial gathering with military honors at 2 p.m.
