Pastor Cher was a truly wonderful person and will be missed by many. She was a real blessing to everyone who met her, and she spent years of her life helping the most vulnerable segment of society - the mentally ill. She also knew sign, and served the deaf people in spiritual as well as practical needs. We who knew her were truly blessed to have spent time with her.
