Richard Orville Carder

Richard Orville Carder, 77, died Tuesday, December 4, 2017 at home. He was born November 23, 1940 in Toledo to the late Luther and Eloise Carder. He enjoyed rebuilding old cars, fishing and spending time with his family.  

            Richard is preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte; sisters, Donna Allen and Sandra (Everett) Milam; brother, William and sisters-in-law, Judy and Clara, brothers-in-law, Ray Johnson and Randy Matheny. He is survived by his brothers, Delmar, Robert and Rick (Lori); sisters, Clara (Michael) Jadlocki, Ada Johnson, Valaen (Jeremiah) Hauser, Linda Matheny and Cheryl (Douglas) Curns.

            Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 1-3 p.m. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family. A luncheon will be held at a later date.
