Vanessa (Eckenrode) Roach

Vanessa “Ness” or “Nessa” Roach (Eckenrode) passed away unexpectedly on April 3rd at 2:12 p.m.  Born to Lawrence and Elodie Eckenrode on June 12, 1956.  She was preceded in death by her father.  She leaves behind Rickey Roach (son), Brandy Roach (daughter), Marilyn Stewart (granddaughter), Darius Armstrong (grandson), and several “adopted” kids.  She is also survived by her 5 brothers Matt, Mike, Mark, Tim, Durk, her sister Lisa, and many more aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

She recently started her 27th year at Frisch’s of NWO and leaves behind friends and colleagues there.  Everyone loved Ness, she touched so many lives, and put many smiles on many faces.  She will be truly missed by so many.  We love and miss you already mom and grandma. 

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 1-5 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 5 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations via gofundme.com/Vanessa Roach to assist with final expenses are appreciated.
