Eloise C. Carder, 85, of Toledo passed away at her home on Sunday, March 2, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 8, 1922 to Edward and Clara (Carnes) Bollinger. Eloise was a member of Harvest Tabernacle Church. She was very devoted to her family and was known as “Grandma” by many. She was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.
Eloise is survived by her loving family; sons, Richard (Charlotte) Carder, Delmar (Judy) Carder, Robert (Clara) Carder, William Carder and Rick Carder; daughters, Clara (Michael) Jadlocki, Ada Johnson, Valaen (Jeremiah) Hauser, Linda Matheny, Sandra (Everette) Milam and Cheryl (Douglas) Curns, 24 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 10 great great-grandchildren and brother, Ernest (Marge) Bollinger. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Luther, daughter, Donna Allen, 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon (419) 693-9304, on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 from 2-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Harvest Tabernacle Church.
