In Loving Memory of Esther Rizo January 18, 1922 - February 23, 2008 Age: 86

Esther Rizo passed away Saturday, February 23, 2008 in the Darlington Nursing Home at the age of 86. She was born on January 18, 1922 in Arandas Jalisco, Mexico to Amado and Felisita (Hurtado) Sanchez. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Juan Rizo, sons: Juan Rizo Jr., Alfonso (Jane) Rizo and Miguel (Alice) Rizo, 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren. Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon (419) 693-9304, on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 from 2-9 p.m. where the rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home and continue on with the funeral mass at St. Ignatius Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
