Jesus “Blanco” Garcia Jr., 75, of Swanton died on April 1, 2008 at St. Luke’s Hospital. Born on October 24, 1932 to Jesus and Rita (Rodriguez) Garcia Sr., Jesus worked as a meat cutter for Tank’s Meats in Elmore. Jesus is survived by his son, Randall Garcia, brothers and sisters, Amelia DeLeon, Bertha (Fred) Trejo, Ninfa Torres, Antonio Garcia, Dora (Bob) Navarro, and Ruth Garcia, Jesus is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loved ones. Jesus was preceded in death by his parents, wife Betty, brothers and sisters, Ampara Ochoa, Esperanza Garcia, and David Garcia. Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon (419) 693-9304, Today, Thursday, April 3, 2008 from 3-8 p.m. where a rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Clay Twp. Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
