Stella Louise Dickens, 66, of Oregon died on Thursday March 20, 2008 at Arbors of Toledo. Born on November 6, 1941 to Lonzo and Cassel (Cecil) Lay, Louise spent her time as a homemaker and enjoying her family. Louise is survived by her children, Ray (Betty) Dickens, RaeAnn Allison, grandchildren, April, Krysta, Trish, and Jeff, brother, Ozzie (Jackie) Lay, sister, Carol Schmidt, mother, Cassel Lay, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Louise was preceded in death by her father, and brother-in-law, Fred Schmidt. Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon (419) 693-9304, on Monday, March 24, 2008 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral chapel. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in Stella’s name may be made to the family.
