Meet Our Staff

Joe & Bianca Freck

Joseph and Bianca Freck met in Mortuary School and later moved back to the Oregon, Ohio area to work in funeral service. After several years being employed by area Funeral Homes, an opportunity arose to purchase a church property in Oregon that was ideal for Freck Funeral Chapel. Freck Funeral Chapel now flourishes in a wonderful community with much future opportunity to grow.
Bianca is originally a native of Oregon, Ohio and a 1995 graduate of Clay High School. Bianca joined the 555th Air Force Band to “play” her way through the University of Toledo and then the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science graduating Cum Laude in 1998.
Joseph is a native of North Royalton, Ohio (a suburb of Cleveland) and a 1994 graduate of North Royalton High he continued his education at the University of Toledo and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science graduating in 1998.
Joe and Bianca have two children; a son, Joseph Patrick Freck and a daughter, Sarah Kathleen Freck. The Freck’s are members of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, the Clay High Alumni and Friends Association, Bavarian Sports Club, GBU, USAA, Exchange Club, Oregon Economic Development Foundation, Better Business Bureau, Ohio Funeral Directors Association, National Funeral Directors Association, and Joe holds membership in the Knights of Columbus- Our Lady of Fatima Council.

Patricia Ziegler

Patricia Ann (Villa) Ziegler was born and raised in East Toledo, Pat attended St. Thomas Aquinas grade school and Waite High School. She married her neighborhood friend, Vic, in 1959. Together, they raised four children, Fred, Dave, Patrick and Ann. Pat graduated from Practical Nurse training in 1982.
When Pat isn’t working at the Freck Funeral Chapel or as a caregiver, she loves to read, do needlework and travel. Pat is also a member of St. Patricks of Heatherdowns Catholic Church and sings in the choir. Her most rewarding travel experience was going to Rome with a Carey Ohio choir, where they sang for Pope John Paul II.
Having been born and raised on the East Side Pat has a love for the area we serve. Her great devotion to our mission makes Pat one of our greatest assets and her compassion for our families can be seen in all that she does.
