We may have lost touch with each other, but the memories of us growing up together next door to each other, are many. May you now be in the loving arms of our Father and may you rest in peace.

Dears Mike, Eric, Christy and your wonderful gaggle of children/grandkids,
I'm so sorry -- every time I pass Barb's classroom at CCHS, I miss her all over again, and now this is the hardest loss. You must know how many people she touched -- students, colleagues, parents, certainly friends and family -- with her intelligence, passion, and natural charm. Every time I needed a teaching idea that really worked or a practical perspective on some thorny problem, Barb was my go-to girl. God bless you all in your sorrow, and I wish you so much peace and comfort! -- Adele

Barb was a wonderful teacher and wonderful colleague to have when I taught at Central Catholic High School...she was always special to me and we had some wonderful conversations. Whatever our Pastoral Care Department did in the way of retreats and involving the whole faculty in with the students...Barb was there all the way 100%. The whole parish family of Epiphany of the Lord, especially our Sacred Heart Church campus folks, are keeping Barb and her family in our prayers..."Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord..."

Barb and I had been classmates from First Grade at St. V's thru Senior Year at Central Catholic - 12 years. She was always a joy to be around - sharing childhood games, helping with school assignments, hanging out with classmates in both schools, riding around North Toledo in her beige Dodge Dart - and as years passed - her pictures of Christy and Eric which were enclosed with her annual Christmas Cards.

Barb, you were special. Rest in peace, my friend.

I was privileged to work with Barb at Central Catholic for a number of years. She was one of the most dedicated teachers I have met and was always willing to help out others. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

My sympathy to you. Barb was a great lady. I enjoyed teaching with her at Central Catholic. I cherish beautiful memories of the Narges family ever since I taught at Sacred Heart School years ago. I'm sorry I can't attend the funeral since it's a Sisters of Notre Dame Province Assembly day. May Barb be a powerful intercessor for the entire family. God bless!

Barb was a great lady. She cared deeply about people and trying to make things right for them. She showed tough love to her students because she always knew they could do better. She shared with me often how much she loves her family. And death can never take that away. I am honored to know Barb, to laugh with her, and to help students with her. She is a great person.
