Colleen Jo Stamper

Colleen Jo Stamper, age 19, of Toledo passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018. Colleen was born to Steven Stamper and Rosa Smith September 28, 1998. Colleen was a 2016 graduate of Woodward High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society; played volleyball, basketball, and softball and was the 2015 Homecoming Queen. She worked in the YMCA TPS afterschool program and as an STNA for Otterbein Rehab. Colleen was a nursing student at Owens Community College.

Colleen is survived by her loving parents; Rosa Smith and Steven Stamper; siblings; J.R. (Alyssa Cintron) Smith, Victoria (Shane) Kelley, Nicholas Diver, and Cierra Stamper, grandfather; Juan Vasquez, nephews; John III and Evan. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Howard and Ethel Stamper and Sara Vasquez, uncles; Fred and Samuel and aunt; Nina.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, from 2-8 p.m. The Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
