Danielle "Dani" D St. John

Danielle “Dani” D. St. John, 46, of Toledo, passed away January 1, 2019. She was born September 26, 1972 to Dennis and Cynthia (Connor) St. John in Toledo. Dani graduated from Cardinal Stritch High School in 1990. She proudly served in the United States Navy on the USS Simon during the Gulf War.

Dani is survived by her son, Connor St. John; parents; siblings, Ben (Sara) St. John, Vince (Kim) St. John, Tom (Mindy) St. John, and Noelle (Dave) Dauer; longtime partner, Steve Scheerer; nieces and nephews, Jack, Gracie, Nolan, Mickey, Brody, Vinnie, Layla, Tommy, and David. She is preceded in death by her brother, Dustin “Dusty” St. John.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, January 9, 2019, from 1-7 p.m. with a veteran’s service to be conducted by VFW Post 4906 at 7 p.m. The memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with the family to receive guests after 10 a.m.  Inurnment will follow at St. Ignatius Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to her son, Connor St. John.
