David Allen Munding

David Allen Munding, 64, of Oregon, Ohio passed away suddenly in his home on July 10, 2018. Dave was a retired Local 8 electrician who worked with Laibe and CSO. He was an incredible, amazing man with a heart of gold. He was a lover of life, nature, and animals. He was an avid boater and could often be found on one of the Lake Erie Islands laughing with his friends and family. Dave had a kind, giving heart with a wonderful sense of humor that he shared with everyone. His passing will leave a huge void in the hearts of those who loved him.

Even though Dave and Sandie met later in life, they experienced a love that not many are lucky enough to find. Whether traveling about, enjoying laughter with family and friends, or cuddling side by side; they were content just being together.

Dave was a devoted son to Dorothy and the late Leon Munding of Toledo. Left to also cherish his memory was the love of his life, Sandie; stepchildren, Brooke(Corey) Bowen, Karis (Josh)Williams, Nicki, Kevin and Abel Turnow; grandchildren, Makayla, Gavin, Andee and Nathan; siblings, Mike(Hazel) and their children, Michelle, Chad and Melissa;  Sharon(John) Smith and their children, Jason, Matt and Megan; Brian (Kathy) Munding and their children; Sam and Rachel. 

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Humane Ohio.
