Dominic Mattoni Obituary

Dominic R. Mattoni, 61, died Friday, September 7, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 30, 1957 in Oregon. Dominic retired after 30 years service from Chrysler Jeep Corp. He also was a maintenance worker at the University of Toledo. He enjoyed coaching junior league football and fishing. Dominic adored his wife Nancy who preceded him in death in 2017.

Dominic is survived by children, Billie Jo (Mark) Smith, Jeffrey (Becky) Hartford, Guy (Elaine) Hartford, Kathy (Melissa) Hartford and; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; siblings Butch (Pam) Cutcher, Tonda (Mike) Nutt, Joe (Cathy) Mattoni, Star (Scott) Tabner, John Mattoni and Flora Mattoni. He is also preceded in death by his parents Dominic and Evelyn (Cutcher) Mattoni and brother Chip.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, from 2-7 p.m. with the funeral service to begin at 7 p.m. Private Burial will be at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
