Ivan Conine Obituary

Ivan D. Conine, age 80, passed away peacefully Monday, October 7, 2019 at the Parkcliffe Community at Northwood. Ivan was born to Arthur and Lucille (Smith) Conine September 12, 1938 in Toledo, Ohio. He was a 1959 graduate of Waite High School. Ivan retired May 30, 2001 from Roadway as a Dockworker. He was a 25+ year member of the Teamsters.

Ivan is survived by his children, Steve, Paul, Jody, Casey(Lisa); former wife, Suzanne Baldwin; grandchildren, Alex(Kayla) Styles, Mackenzie (Jordan) Ahrendt, Elliott (Savvy) Handwork, Casey Alan Conine, Christina Handwork and Paul Conine Jr.; great-grandchildren, Mila, Vivian, Ruben and Owen; brother, Donald Conine; and sister, Barb Roper. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Guy Alan Conine.

Services will be private. An inurnment will be held at Lake Township Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Freck Funeral Chapel.
