Joe McFarland, 55, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo Center. He was born on March 31, 1964 in Covington, Kentucky to Nancy and Ernest McFarland. Joe attended Woodward High School. He worked as a self-employed mechanic and truck driver for many years. Joe was often found outdoors, he especially enjoyed fishing. He also enjoyed cars and spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Dora; children, Christina, Ashley, Andrew, Anthony (Jami), and Alicia (Chris); many grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; mother, Nancy McFarland; siblings, Patricia, Ernestine (Jack), Mary, Ernest Jr. (Diane), Jean (Kenneth), David (Laurie), Elizabeth (Carlos), and Donald; and his dog, Pork chop. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest and brother, Norbert.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 2- 7 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
