Karen Sue Coker

Karen Sue Coker, 56, died Sunday, December 8, 2019, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. She was born December 2, 1963 in Toledo. Karen was a social worker and received her degree from the University of Toledo. She was an active member of The Victory Center. Karen loved her children, granddaughter and her pets. She enjoyed spending time with friends, socially at Papa’s Tavern, gardening and Pinterest.

Karen is survived by her children, Alicia (Richard) Willis, Robert Aldridge and Tianna White; granddaughter, Alivia; mother, Judith Coker; brother, Steven Coker; sisters, Lisa Coker (Bob Williams) and Carrie Jo (Richard) Knaggs; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Coker.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a time of sharing at 5:00 p.m. Burial will be private. To honor Karen’s memory, the family suggests wearing her favorite colors, blue, purple or green.
