Mark “Buck” Simon

Mark Anthony Simon, 75, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio-Toledo Center. He was born on April 13, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio to Vaughn and Irene Simon. Mark served in the U.S. Air Force, during the Vietnam War. He worked for the City of Toledo as a utility worker for many years. Mark was a member of the Northwood V.F.W. Post #2984.

Mark is survived by his daughters, Tina Haynes and Samantha Simon; grandsons, David Edwards III and Brice Edwards; siblings, Vaughn Simon, Jr., Gardener Simon, Clark Simon and Patrick Simon. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Earl and sister, Sharon.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 2-7 p.m. where services will be held at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to American Heart Association or American Cancer Association.
