Patricia K. (Johnson) Kollarik

Patricia K. Kollarik, 65, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at The Manor at Perrysburg. She was born October 13, 1951 in Toledo to James W. and Belle (Whittle) Johnson and was a 1969 graduate of Waite High School. For over 20 years, Pat worked for Gladieux Home Center and in her spare time loved bowling. She cherished her family and loved attending her children and grandchildren’s various sporting events. She has moved on now to be with her beloved dogs especially BJ and Wiley.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Kelli (Russ) Ewing and Robin (Danny) Stone; son, Jason (Jenny) Kollarik; grandchildren, Justin, Tyler, Hunter, Emily, Riley and Carson; former husband of 45 years, Gil Kollarik; siblings, Jim (Debbie) Johnson along with many dear nieces, nephews and “The Sisters”. Her parents preceded her in death.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 1-6 p.m. with the Funeral Service to begin at 11:00 a.m. on Monday in the funeral home. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to The Manor at Perrysburg – Activity Fund.
