Patrick Szymanski Obituary

Patrick Allen Szymanski, 54, died unexpectedly Wednesday, August 8, 2018. He was born October 3, 1963 in Toledo. Patrick was a graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School where he played football and was a member of SouthSide Survivors II. He was a wonderful father and grandfather and enjoyed helping people.

Patrick is survived by children, Heidi Hartford, Stephanie Hartford, Vanessa (Anthony Oldham) Szymanski, Valerie Szymanski (Florencio Lopez) and Patrick Szymanski Jr; 13 grandchildren; sister, Rita Allen and brother, Joe Szymanski. He is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Ruth (Rimer) Szymanski and brothers, Daniel F. and Jerry Szymanski.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, August 13, 2018, from 2-8 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
