Philip Sparks Obituary

Philip R. Sparks, 48, passed away suddenly at home Thursday, January 24, 2019. He was born July 11, 1970 in Toledo. Philip worked several years as a welder for Faurecia, he enjoyed welding. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling and gardening. He loved children, spending time with family and helping others.

Philip is survived by his mother Marilyn (Fogle) Sparks; siblings Laura Sparks, James (Vicky) Sparks Jr., C. Mark (Roberta) Sparks and Donna (Steven) Walker; Uncle Jerry Fogle; Aunt Debbie Auxier; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and several cousins. He is preceded in death by his father James Sparks Sr.; sister Jeanette (Ricky) Marsh.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, January 29, 2019, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. where services will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Andre Frandle officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
