Robert R Richard

Robert R. Richard, 84, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away October 8, 2018. He was born on August 3, 1934, to Kelso and Laura Richard in McClure, Ohio. Robert served in the Navy, and upon returning home worked as a glass cutter at Libbey-Owens Ford for 33 years, St. Charles Hospital for 25 years, as well as volunteered at Oregon Fire Station #2 for 30 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Sue Ann Richard; daughter, Becky (Jeffrey) Nichols; granddaughter, Tiffany (Don) Sandefur; great-grandchildren, Autumn, Piper, Trinity, and Marissa; and two sisters. Robert is preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Brenda Steinfurth.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 4-7 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
