Robert “Bob” C. Rice, Sr., 71, of Oregon, died December 4, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio surrounded by his family. He was born February 26, 1947, to Robert L. and Erna (Sims) Rice. Bob was a seasoned pool player, enjoying participation in tournaments and leagues; he enjoyed playing cards and being able to root for his favorite teams during football season. Bob loved his family, and was eternally grateful for being able to spend time with them and make many beautiful memories with the whole family.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Kay Ann Rice; children, Robert C. (Stacy) Rice, Jr., William “Bill” Rice; grandchildren, Kylie, Britney, and Austin; great-granddaughter, Piper “Pepper”; step-children, Dr. James (Abby) Sancrant, Mary Kay Tuller, Brenda DuDash, Lisa Szyperski; eleven step-grandchildren; twelve step-great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon L. Rice and many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, December 9, 2018, from 2-5 p.m. with a funeral service to begin at 5 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
