Tina Farell Obituary

Tina M. (Bails) Farell, 58, of Walbridge, passed away October 25, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born February 8, 1960, to Ronald Bails and Vivian (Osstifin) Grant in Toledo. Tina was a pharmacy technician at Mercy Health – St. Vincent Medical Center and St. Charles Mercy Medical Center.

She valued her loving family more than anything. Tina prided herself on her two sons, husband, and wonderful grandchildren – they were the joys of her life. Her mother, Vivian, was the ultimate safety net of the close-knit family. Alex, Tina’s Grandpa, will always be the Grandpa of All Grandpas. She had sisters who were loving and supportive through the thick and thin, always there for each other. Her nieces and nephews were incredibly special to her and she made sure each one of them knew how much she loved them. Tina had deep friendships, and to each of you: Live, Laugh, Love. 556*381*8

She is survived by her loving husband and wonderful step-father to her two sons, Lawrence “Larry” Farell; sons, Robert L. Ewing III, Jeremy J. Ewing; grandchildren, Brandon Ewing, Andon and Jenson Ewing; mother, Vivian K. Grant; sisters, Sheri (Michael) Lesinszki, Ronda (William) Ebersole, Shawna (John) Reinemeyer, Danielle (Michael) Pullella; godchildren, Grant Gonzalez, and Kelly Farell; valued “kin”, Edward and Tracy Hardy; countless nephews and nieces; many uncles, aunts, and cousins; “backup Grandma,” Carol Nicely; and several close and loving friends. Tina is preceded in death by her father, Ronald C. Bails; grandpa, Alex Osstifin; grandmothers, Harriette Osstifin, Mariam Bails, Patricia Joseph; aunt, Susie Moreland; uncles, Clarence “Butch” Myrice, Kenneth Fry; brother-in-law, Monyo Guzman; brother-in-life, Ralph F. Zacharias.

Tina was an amazing Christian woman, full of life, love, generosity, and faith in God. She will truly be missed by all she has crossed paths with over the years of her precious life.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 3-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private at a later date.
