Donald Woyame, age 71, of Graytown, Ohio passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Toledo Hospital. He was born on May 18, 1952 in Northwood, Ohio to Martin and Virginia Woyame. After high school, Donald served in the U.S. Air National Guard. He was a farmer in his younger years and worked as a welder for the Chrysler Corporation, retiring in 1988. Donald was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Oak Harbor. Donald was a hard worker and loved the outdoors. He was often found going to tractor pulls, and tractor shows. Don was also a classic car enthusiast. He will be dearly missed.
Donald is survived by his daughter, Sarah (Jim Beckhusen) Campbell; son, Josh Woyame; grandchildren, Tyler and Tori Campbell, and Kaden and Kolton Woyame; great-grandchildren, Tristan, Charlotte, Eleanor, and Lydia; and his brothers, Dennis (Debra) Woyame, and Daniel (Dawn) Woyame. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Carol (Phillip) Maher, Diane Brown, and Mary Ann Woyame.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, from 2-8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church 215 N. Church St. Oak Harbor, Ohio 43449. Additional visitation will be held from 9:15-10:15 a.m. at the church. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Boniface Catholic Church or the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.
