Glen F. Susor, age 83, of Cement City, MI passed away on Tuesday, May 2, he was born on June 7, 1939, in Toledo, OH to Glen and Jean (Feagans) Susor. He was a wonderful man in so many ways. As a youth baseball coach, he touched the lives of many kids. To this day, those he coached still bring up their great memories. He was a fantastic father and grandfather, not to mention a devoted husband. He thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family and all of his grandchildren whether it be watching them play a sport or just supporting them through whatever activity they were involved in. He spent countless hours fishing at his lake while gardening took a close back seat. He enjoyed hunting and softball in his younger years. If someone threw out a deck of cards you could bet a euchre game was on. He began his own business in the mid 60’s in residential work before switching to becoming a commercial carpenter in the mid 70’s upon his retirement in 1990. He will be and already is sorely missed.
Glen is survived by his children, Troy (Sarah), Mike (Tammy), Jodi (Dale Coffield); 11 grandchildren; brother and sisters-in-law, Ed and Linda Susor, Charlie and Virginia Plumadore, Bob and Marge Klorer. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Marianne.
