Anna May Price passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel “Cy” Price; cherished daughter of the late Cora and John Market; and dear sister of the late Darlene Tefft.

She was a devoted mother to Sharon Price (Ann), Susan Joseph, and Phil Price (Chandra). Anna May was a proud and loving grandmother to Stephanie Haslinger (Bryan), Shayna Jomeski (Genni), Samuel Joseph, Caylee Stasevich (Justin), Carigan Price, and a great-grandmother to Wren and Noa. She was also a treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Anna May was a lifelong educator who graduated from Clay High School, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Bowling Green State University, and her Master’s degree in Education from the University of Toledo. She dedicated 39½ years to teaching in the Toledo, Oregon, and Northwood school systems, touching countless lives with her passion for learning and her caring spirit.

In addition to her career in education, Anna May was a successful small business owner, operating Anna May Price Income Tax Services for over 40 years. She was known for her strong work ethic, kindness, and dedication to helping others.

Anna May found great joy in spending time with family and friends. She loved traveling, playing games—especially Bunco and Euchre—working on puzzles and word searches, reading romance novels, and creating handmade greeting cards with her card club. She never missed an opportunity to support her family at sporting events, dance recitals, and cheer competitions, and she especially enjoyed tailgating and supporting events at the University of Michigan. Go Blue!
