Anthonette Huguelet

Anthonette “Toni” Huguelet, age 98, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Orchard Villa in Oregon, Ohio. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 29, 1928.

Toni enjoyed playing the slot machines, a good game of cards, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. As a resident of The Landings of Oregon, she looked forward to participating in the book club and art classes, where she enjoyed the friendships and activities that became an important part of her life.

Those who knew Toni will remember her for her gentle spirit and her love of family. Being a devoted mother and a proud grandmother brought her the greatest happiness, and she cherished every moment spent with those she loved.

Though she is no longer with us, the love she shared and the memories she created will remain with us always.

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her 4 children; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Toni was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Emory Huguelet.

Family and friends may visit at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Road, Oregon, Ohio 43616, on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm, with the service beginning at 7:00 pm.
