Arnold E. Laurell, Jr., 79, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 11, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. He was born in Toledo on June 18, 1936 to Grace (Applegate) and Arnold E. Laurell, Sr. and had worked for Tech Dynamics as a steel fabricator. After his retirement, Arnold continued working, driving CSX employees for PTI. In his spare time he enjoyed working leather designing saddles, purses and belts. He loved going to rodeos and was an avid Detroit Tigers fan.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce M. Laurell; children, Pam Laurell, Dave Laurell, Mike Laurell, Sandy (Donald) Steck, Dennis (Linda) Laurell, Jeffery (Kim) Laurell, Bonnie (Dennis) Steck and Thomas (Terri) Laurell; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; brother, Richard (Sharon) Laurell and brother-in-law, Gerald (Kim) Cousino. Arnold was preceded in death by his parents.
In honoring Arnolds wishes there will be no visitation or services. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
