Ashleigh Vinet, 28, lost her battle to addiction on August 2, 2026. She was born to Ellie Vinet on September 30, 1997, in Toledo. Ashleigh was lovingly adopted and raised by her mom, Marcella, and her dad, Juan.

Ashleigh was a member of Clay High School’s graduating class of 2015. After high school she raised a lot of chaos. She was loving, loud, and possibly the most stubborn person to walk earth. Her laugh was infectious and could be heard from miles away. She had a love for Marcos Pizza, pepperoni with banana peppers on the side, BBQ wings, no ranch. It was these little quirky things that will forever be remembered.

Ashleigh fought many demons in her short life but despite her own struggles she loved without limits. She helped those with less than her. She cared deeply about her family, her children and anyone she came in contact with. Her boundless love will forever be cherished and missed.

Ashleigh is survived by her mother, Marcella Amerson; her two children, Logan and Isiah Vinet; sisters, Nichole (Ty) Thomas, Amanda (Andy) Price, Inez Vinet, Alyssa Vinet, Mic Buenrostro, Irma Buenrostro; brothers, David (Michelle) Amerson, Juan (Kristina) Buenrostro Jr., David Buenrostro, and Justin Vinet; and her grandfather, Jimmy Vinet.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Juan Buenrostro; brother, Chad Dusseau; grandmother, Glenna Vinet; and her great grandparents, Ruby and Charles Smoot.
