Barbara Ann Evans, 74, of Toledo, OH, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022. She was born April 10, 1948 in Toledo, OH to Joseph and Anna (Hornyak) Evans. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Barbara leaves behind her significant other, Ronald; and her brother, Joseph (Kathy). She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sisters, Joann and Delores.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with the funeral service to be held at 12:00 p.m. Barbara will be laid to rest at Restlawn Memorial Park.
