Barbara Marie Frushour

Barbara Marie Frushour, 86, of Gibraltar, MI passed away January 26, 2022. Born April 2, 1935 to Frank and Hazel Disher. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and scrapbooking. She loved her cat Crisper, bird Nemo, and Elvis Presley. Most of all she loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Barbara leaves behind her children Frank (Robin) Caputo, Ralph Frushour, Tina (Ricky) Snyder, Diane Pederson, Barbie Prater, and Nadine Neff; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother Frank and Hazel Disher; her husband, Robert Castle Frushour; siblings Irvin Disher, Robert Disher, Donald Disher, and Betty Disher; her child, Robert Frushour; and her grandchildren, Dannielle Caputo, Vinncent Prater, and Christopher Brown.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 2-8:00 p.m.  Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m.  Burial will follow at Springfield Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
