Casey Hunter Falk

Casey Falk, age 36, of Cottage Grove, Oregon passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Born on October 11, 1988 in Toledo, Ohio, Casey was raised by his loving parents, Kay and John Falk. He was a 2007 graduate of Penta/Northwood High School and was on the wrestling team. Casey enjoyed wrestling, listening to music, and hiking in nature. He will be dearly missed by his family.

Casey is survived by his children, Casey Falk Jr, Paul Falk, MaryJane Falk, and Apollo Falk; his mother, Kay A. Falk; his siblings, Ty (Deanna) Falk, Troy (Fauna Gears) Falk, Tammy (Jamie) Brittian, Jon (Jenny) Falk, Chelsea (James) Queen, Josh Bell, Karissa Bell, and Aaron Howard; special niece, Kyla Brittian and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by is father, John E. Falk, and biological mother, Michelle Howard.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 2 -8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, August 6, 2025 from 10 –12:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday.  Burial will follow at Lake Twp Cemetery.
