Charlotte Isabel (Hagemann) Goucher passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was 75 years old. Born on June 14, 1950, in Toledo, Ohio, Charlotte was a remarkable woman whose vibrant spirit and generous heart touched the lives of many.
Charlotte, known for her ornery sense of humor, often lightened the days of those around her with her infectious laughter. She possessed a genuine kindness and was the glue in her family, sacrificing everything for them. Her strength of will and passion for life made her a pillar of support, not just for her loved ones but also for any stray animal or individual in need. An avid enthusiast of garage sales and the simple joys of life, Charlotte found delight in little things. She spent many treasured moments baking for family and friends, an activity that brought her immense joy and was one of her proudest accomplishments. Her delightful creations were a testament to her love and dedication to nurturing those around her.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Wayne Leroy; sons Wayne Richard and Cameron Elliot; parents Richard and Gladys (Dean) Hagemann; and siblings Diane and Bill Clark, Gary Hagemann, and Sharon Preston. She is survived by her children, Richard Goucher, Mark Goucher, Dawn (Michael) Murphy, Ryan Goucher, Keith Goucher, Charlotte (Drew Fox) Laney, and Nicholas (Maria) Goucher; bonus children Kimberly Goucher, Wanda Heuser, and Frances Goucher; grandchildren, Miranda, Alicia, Marky, Heather, Charlotte, Kristin, Samantha, Mariah, Douglas, Savannah, Gavin, Gracie, Tyler; great-grandchildren, Lainey, Aleena, Elizabeth, Laila, Everly, Oscar, Amelia, Poppy, Brandyn, Kiah, Ryann, Cillian, Scotty, Skylar, and Vance; siblings, Norm (Michelle) Hagemann, Richard (Judy) Hagemann, Larry (Sherry) Hagemann, Mary (Glen) Hamblin, Robert (Maria) Hagemann, Jim (Rose) Hagemann; many nieces and nephews and furbabies Gracie and Hope.
Charlotte’s legacy of love and laughter will be honored during the visitation held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd. in Oregon, Ohio, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a funeral service at 7:00 PM. Memorial contributions are appreciated to the ALS Association.
Charlotte will be deeply missed, yet her memory will forever remain alive in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
