Crystal M. Ridgley

Crystal M. Ridgley, age 44, resident of Genoa, Ohio, passed away in the comfort of her home on Monday, January 19, 2026. She was born on February 3, 1981, in Toledo, Ohio, to Eugene Allan Parra and Marjorie Miller.

Crystal attended Libbey High School. For nearly 14 years, Crystal dedicated her professional life to AVI Foodsystems, where she worked as a supervisor. Her commitment to her work reflected her strong work ethic and her determination to support those she worked with.

In her leisure time, Crystal enjoyed cooking, creating delicious meals. Her home was a reflection of her personality, meticulously cleaned and decorated with an eye for beauty, particularly in her adoration for the color purple. Additionally, she found joy in nature, whether it was while boating, riding on the Harley with her husband, or attending dirt track events to watch sprint cars.

Most of all, Crystal’s love for her family was paramount, and she cherished every moment spent with them, especially her granddaughter. They were the highlights of her life, bringing her immense joy and pride.

Her legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to have known her. She will be deeply missed.

Those left to forever cherish her memory are her loving husband, James Ridgley, whom she married on August 13, 2007; daughters, Brandie (Dylan) Vogel and Zoe Ridgley; granddaughter, Maloa Johns; brothers and sister, Michael (Taylor) Miller, Eugene (Mallory) Parra, Allan (Taylor) Parra; and Ramona Miller; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Crystal was preceded in death by her father and grandfather.
