Cynthia Louise Emerick

Cindy L. Emerick, 63, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.  She was born on October 14, 1958 in Toledo, Ohio to Thermon and Anyta Hoak.  Cindy was a 1976 graduate of Whitney High School.  She enjoyed reading Stephen King novels and sewing. Cindy worked many years sewing boat covers at a local boat canvas shop.  She will be dearly missed by her family.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Delburt Emerick; children, Anthony Emerick, Kristina Emerick, and Theresa (Chris) Fowler; grandchildren, Barbara, Jesse, Emily, Nadia, Alexis, Steven, and Riley; mother, Anyta Hoak; and her siblings, John (Rachel) Hoak, and Vikki (Dennis) Baker.  She was preceded in death by her father, Thermon.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 2-8:00 p.m.  Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart and Lung Association.
