David Lee Mendoza, 48, of Curtice, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday October 11, 2015, at his home. He was born in Oregon on October 28, 1966 to Frank and Valoria (Yenor) Mendoza and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to music and watching football.
He is survived by his daughter, Angela Mendoza; grandchildren, Antonio and Izaiha Mendoza; siblings, Frank, Kimberly (Michael) Barnes, Karen (Greg) Myrice, Michael (Kathy) and Paul (Trisha) along with many dear nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no visitation or services. Arrangements were entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel, Oregon, Ohio
