Debra Ann Bermejo-Zubler

Debra Ann Bermejo-Zubler, "Mama Deb", age 69, of Oregon, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by family. Debra was born to Raymond Quiroga-Bermejo and Tomasa Nava Bermejo on July 7, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio.

Affectionately called "Mama Deb", Debra loved her family deeply. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; they were the light of her life. For fun, she liked to play darts, go to Bingo, buy scratchers, go to the casino, and Debra loved her Dallas Cowboys.

Debra is survived by her husband, Bryan; children, Selena Bermejo, Jesus (Lucy) Bermejo, Yvonne (Brian Hockenberry) Bermejo, Savanah (David) Rohlman, and Carolina (Jocko Gregory) Bermejo; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; father of her 5 beloved children, Jose "Joe" Carmona Jr.; siblings, Michael (Pam) Bermejo, Amelia Ruiz, Sandra Kline, Robert (Carol) Bermejo, Tim (Lisa) Bermejo, Tom Bermejo, Connie Bermejo, Serena Bermejo, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Tomasa; brothers Ray and Dave; and a great-grandson, Baby Mingo.

A visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd in Oregon, Ohio on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 2 until 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. with Deacon Dominic Garcia presiding. Burial will follow in North Oregon Cemetery.
