Diana F. Snyder, 51, of Oregon passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Heartland of Oregon. She was born in Toledo on March 29, 1964 and attended Waite High School.
Diana is survived by her loving mother, Bonnie Snyder; sister, Trana (George) Taylor; nieces, Ashleigh (Jeff) Phillips and Belle Taylor; great-niece, Emma and great-nephew, Hunter along with many dear aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Saturday, January 23, 2016 after 2 p.m. where a Memorial Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. Burial will remain private. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.
