Dorothy “Muffins” Rogers
Dorothy M. Rogers, 96, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017. She was born on November 16, 1921 in Toledo, Ohio to Henry and Hazel Kahl. Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed playing Bingo, card games and socializing with family and friends. She will be dearly missed.
Dorothy is survived by her children: Raymond Cousino, Sr., Robert (Pat) Cousino, Nancy (Ed) Moates, Judy (Donald) Jones and Laurie Rogers; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; daughter, Vicky Shatto and daughter-in-law, Carol.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2017, from 12-3 p.m. at the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon where a memorial service will take place at 3 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of N.W. Ohio or St. Paul’s Episcopal Church 798 S. Coy Rd. Oregon, OH 43616.
