Frances Lopez, 83, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017. She volunteered many years at Helping Hands of St. Louis. Frances is survived by her children: Dewey (Elma) Miller, Wesley (Cindy) Miller, Rudy Miller, Rosalinda Lopez, Roy Lopez, Rolando (Angie) Lopez and Raquel Lopez; 28 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; brother, Ray (Nancy) Portillo; sister, Alice Hicks and many extended family members.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Raul; son, Robert Miller; her parents, Romualdo and Angelita Portillo and siblings, Annie, Pat, Minnie and Roman.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, August 28, 2017, from 10-1 p.m. where services will be held 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
