Janice M. Whitkovic

Our beautiful sister, Janice M. Whitkovic, age 74 of Toledo, Ohio, left this world to join her loving family in heaven on January 1, 2026. She died at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, Ohio. Her loving family was present.

Janice was a 1969 graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School. Janice worked and retired from Omnicare after several years of service.

She is survived by her brother, William E. Whitkovic, of Rossford, Ohio, and sister, Judy A. (Larry) Fox of Northwood, Ohio. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Kelly and Jason McConaughey, Evan McConaughey, and Keragan McConaughey of Maumee, Ohio, Larry Todd and Amy L. Fox, Owen Todd Fox, and Kinzley Grace Fox of Kettering, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father, Edward Whitkovic, mother, Edna Irene (Dixon) Whitkovic, sister-in-law, Sue (Kovacs) Whitkovic, nieces, Lisa (Whitkovic) Daoust and Julie Marie Fox; and her grandparents.

Janice was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved to bake, cook, and spend time with her nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice for their wonderful care given to Janice.

There will be private services at Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd. Oregon, Ohio, and burial at the Lake Township Cemetery, Walbridge Rd., Millbury, Ohio.
