Jeanne Marie Frigmanski

Jeanne Marie Frigmanski, age 61, of Northwood, OH, passed away at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center on Friday, October 27, 2023. She was born to Thomas and Virginia (Bergman) Schlicher on October 5, 1962 in Oregon, OH. Jeanne was a 1981 graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School and went on to study medical coding at the University of Toledo. Never one to give up, she battled Type 1 Diabetes since she was 12 years old. Jeanne loved shopping, traveling, and her dog, Sami, but most of all, she cherished the time spent with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Virginia Schlicher; her aunt, Edith Pocse; her siblings, Mark Schlicher, Beth (Stephen) Polega; her sister-in-law, Linda Schlicher; her nieces and nephews, Michael Schlicher, Matthew Schlicher, Maddy Schlicher, and Sumer Woodruff; and her beloved dog, Sami. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Schlicher, and her brother, Michael Schlicher.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon, on Friday, November 3, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a memorial service held at 6:00 p.m. Jeanne will be laid to rest at Willow Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
