Jeffery Allen "Jethro" Ammann

Jeffery Allen "Jethro" Ammann, age 63, of Curtice, passed away Friday, August 17, 2026. Jeffery was born to Robert Ammann and Barbara (Binkley) on January 16, 1963. He was a 1981 graduate of Genoa High School and continued his education at Terra Tech, earning his certifications in Topside Welding, Underwater Welding as a commercial diver, and machining. Jeffery worked for Chipmatic in Elmore for a time and Ottawa Products in Curtice before retiring in 2015 to take care of his mother.

When Jeffery was young, he loved visiting his grandparents' stable at the Saddle Club and riding horses. He was an avid coin and antique gun collector and enjoyed working on cars. His favorite band was Blind Faith, although he listened to classic rock; Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Led Zeppelin, and his favorite drummer was Ginger Baker.

Jeffery is survived by his father, Robert Ammann; sister Melissa (Gary) Bihn; wife Patricia Ammann; and nephews Kyle and Drake. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara, and infant twins.

A private burial will be held at Williston Cemetery.
